The Club deadline to submit the winning entry to the District Essay
Chair is February 28, 2008.
The deadline to submit the District's 1 place essay to Optimist International
is April 15, 2008.
District Winner receives a scholarship and a plaque.
International Winners will be announced in early May 2008. Scholarships
for the International will be: First Place - $6,000, Second Place - $3,750 and Third Place - $2,250.
