A & A Reports for the 1st Quarter of the 2017-2018 Optimist year are due by January 10, 2018. The information on this report is only for activities that occurred from October 1st through Dec. 31, 2017. Entries for bulletins, scrapbooks and Community Project Awards should have been reported on the last quarter’s report.
The reporting form is attached for your convenience. The report can be mailed to me at 10140 CR 33A, Wapakoneta, OH 45895 but must be post-marked by Jan. 10th in order to receive the bonus points for reporting on time or it can be emailed to me at [email protected] and must be received by Jan. 10th in order to receive the bonus points.
