My name is Mark Mays, a retired school teacher of thirty-six years. I am starting a new career, Motivational Speaking. I have been hearing impaired all my life and have learned to use the impairment as a total positive in my life. I was bullied as a child, and I bullied myself. So my message is that if we focus on four areas in life: Communication, Grit, Self Control and Inspiration, we will be successful.
